Property Resources Group was formed in January of 2000... the Partners have been in the real estate and construction/development busines for many years prior...
What is your primary product or service?
Full service brokerage of commercial investment properties -- sales/leasing/exchange --combined with full service property management of multi-family and commercial properties. We also feature land development ,design and construction services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Upon graduation from Concordia College , with degrees in Business and English, it seemed reasonable to use that education towards developing an investment and sales strategy and thus a real estate career was undertaken.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
With the combined services of land development, design and construction services, investment services and property management services we offer "one-stop" accomodations seldom found in one setting and then also the superior services and talents of all the people associated with the combined services are among the best!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have our main office in Fargo, N.D. serving Fargo-West Fargo-Moorhead -Dilworth and the surrounding area -- we are licensed in North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota and Arizona ... we will expand offices as the market dictates but we will also expand services within our present structure as the market dictates. We have been on an aggressive growth pattern with our combined services.
